Based in our busy Liverpool Street office, this is a fantastic entry point into the mortgage and property finance world. You donโt need prior experience in financial servicesโjust the right attitude, a hunger to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people.
Weโll provide full training and mentoring, with access to a well-structured learning path including industry workshops and day-to-day casework. Youโll work closely with experienced Mortgage Advisors and Client Managers, gradually building up your knowledge, your confidence, and your ability to advise independently.
What Youโll Be Doing
- Supporting the mortgage advisory team in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable mortgage solutions.
- Learning how to conduct fact-finding interviews to understand income, credit history, and affordability.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth application processing.
- Attending regular workshops and development sessions focused on financial advice, FCA regulations, and mortgage product knowledge.
- Tracking progress against your training plan and participating in structured learning assessments.

- Willing to undertake professional training towards becoming CeMAP-qualified.
