Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Planning & Performance team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions, optimising financial performance, and supporting long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA or ACCA is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
