Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to ensure our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to management on compliance matters. Your role is crucial in safeguarding the organisation’s integrity and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related topics.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 yearsโ experience in a compliance role within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
