Location: Manchester (with regular liaison across our London office)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 + benefits
About the Role
We’re searching for someone who’s not just good with numbers—but genuinely excited by what they can uncover. This is your chance to begin a meaningful career in finance, surrounded by a team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and smart decision-making. Whether you’re dissecting data trends or supporting a financial model that influences company-wide strategy, you’ll be doing more than just ticking boxes—you’ll be part of the team that drives real commercial outcomes.
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you’ll work closely with senior analysts and business leaders, preparing reports, reconciling data, and contributing to financial insights that influence everything from budgets to boardroom conversations. You’ll be based in Manchester with occasional collaboration across our London operations, giving you exposure to national-level projects without losing that supportive, close-knit team feel.
From day one, we’ll invest in your development. You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, contribute to real business decisions, and gradually build the confidence and technical expertise to grow into more senior roles. This isn’t the kind of job where you’ll be hidden behind spreadsheets all day—your voice will be heard, your ideas valued, and your learning curve steep (in the best way).
And because finance is a fast-evolving, highly regulated space, it’s important you’re either up-to-date with—or willing to begin—ongoing professional development. We encourage all analysts to engage with CPD opportunities and stay aware of the regulatory standards that underpin financial planning and analysis in the UK.
