Based in our busy Liverpool Street office, As a Graduate Investment Banker, you’ll play a critical role in helping companies raise capital, complete mergers and acquisitions, and develop long-term growth strategies. You’ll be assigned to a deal team and from day one you’ll be involved in live projects that will test your analytical thinking, business acumen, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the mortgage Develop and maintain financial models for company valuations, M&A, and fundraising transactions
- Prepare pitch books, industry research, and transaction documentation
- Conduct due diligence and support deal execution alongside senior bankers and external advisors
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, analysts, and stakeholders
- Attend regular professional development sessions and advanced financial skills training
Who We’re Looking For
- A bright,2:1 or above in a relevant degree (Economics, Finance, Business, Maths, or related subject)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with prior exposure to financial modelling an advantage
- Passionate about investment banking and corporate finance
- Excellent communicator, confident under pressure, and able to manage deadlines
- Must be working towards or willing to complete CPD hours and a recognised professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, CISI Diploma)
