Job Title: Graduate Compliance & Insurance Analyst
Location: London (with offices across the UK)
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum + performance-based bonuses

Role Overview
As a Graduate Compliance & Insurance Analyst, you’ll embark on a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the compliance and insurance sectors. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and insurance operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains up-to-date with FCA and PRA requirements.
- Supporting the insurance team in evaluating coverage options and managing claims processes.
