Role Overview
As a Graduate Accountant, you’ll embark on a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the accounting profession. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
Your journey will include:
- Rotational assignments across key departments to build a broad understanding of our operations.
- Mentorship from seasoned accountants to guide your professional development.
- Support in preparing for and attaining the ACA qualification, with full sponsorship provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
