This Graduate Financial Analyst role is uniquely designed to give you exposure to both front and back-office operations, offering a full 360° view of how investment decisions are made, supported, and executed.

From financial modelling and data reporting to liaising with portfolio managers and stakeholders, you’ll be embedded in the engine room of our business—playing a real part in the performance of client portfolios and operational strategy. This is not a shadowing role. From the very start, you’ll contribute to live projects that require accuracy, insight, and commercial awareness.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the preparation of investment performance reports and management information packs
  • Assisting in the production of financial models and scenario planning tools
  • Conducting market and sector research to support front office decisions
  • Engaging with financial advisers and investment managers to ensure accurate forecasting and fund analysis
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance in all reporting activities
  • Monitoring trends in regulatory updates and communicating key implications to relevant teams

Who We’re Looking For

  • A 2:1 degree (or above) in Finance, Economics, Maths, or a related subject
  • CPD qualifications must be verifiable prior to application
  • Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations and the financial services regulatory environment in the UK
  • Exceptional Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Bloomberg is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—the ability to work across departments and present findings clearly
