Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in the preparation of presentations, financial models, and transaction documentation
- Assist in the execution of equity and debt capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and advisory projects
- Conduct research on companies, sectors, and financial markets
- Prepare pitch materials and internal briefing notes
- Attend training workshops covering financial regulations, modelling, deal structuring, and client relationship management
Who We’re Looking For
- A-levels or equivalent (2:1 university degree not essential for this role)
- Passionate about business, finance, and investment markets
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Confident under pressure and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to developing your knowledge and qualifications
- Willingness to work towards CPD hours and gain professional certification (e.g. CISI, CFA Level 1)
