What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding clients through the mortgage application process with clarity, care, and compliance.
- Building long-term relationships based on trust and financial insight.
- Staying informed on lending criteria, interest rates, and market updates from across the UK mortgage landscape.
- Conducting fact finds to fully understand a client’s needs and financial situation.
- Supporting clients with related products such as insurance or protection advice.
- Participating in ongoing development workshops and roleplay simulations to enhance product knowledge and regulatory understanding.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine interest in property, finance, or client service.
- Someone with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate confidently and clearly.
- A good listener who enjoys solving problems and delivering personalised solutions.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client cases at once.
- Candidates must already be enrolled on, or working towards, mortgage advisor training—particularly (CPD) in CeMAP or equivalent certifications to Prepare themselves for sponsorship to the CeMAP.
- Previous exposure to customer-facing roles (e.g. retail, hospitality, or call centres) is a plus.
